Q: What’s in it?
A: Organic and Fair-Trade Ground Coffee (medium roast), Organic Chaga Mushroom Extract (300mg), Organic Turkey Tail Mushroom Extract (200mg), Yacon Juice Powder, Probiotic Bacillus subtilis (DE111®)(1 billion CFU per serving)
Q: How much caffeine is there per serving?
A: This coffee will provide a full serving of caffeine. Since it’s a fresh brewed coffee experience, it’s harder to guarantee the exact caffeine amount but it is equivalent to a regular 12oz brewed coffee (about 150mg per 12oz cup).

Q: Can I heat the probiotics?
A: You’re probably most familiar with probiotics that need to be kept in the fridge. The awesome thing about Bacillus subtilis is that it can endure temperatures as high as boiling water (100C) for up to 5 minutes. It will also persist through your stomach acid and make its way onwards in your GI tract.
Q: Can I freeze the coffee?
A: You are perfectly fine to put the probiotic coffee in the freezer. The only thing we would suggest against is putting it in the microwave - this is where we saw the most damage. When you put anything in the microwave the energy caused water molecules to vibrate and when this happens the motion that generates heat cause damage to those molecules. You won’t lose all the probiotics but you will kill off some.
Q: When should I drink it?
A: Any time you enjoy regular coffee.
Q: How much should I use?
A: Use 4 tablespoons of coffee grounds to 12 oz of hot water.

A: Whether you French Press, pour over, or use a drip coffee maker, every sip will help support your gut health.
