Four Sigmatic Refer-a-Friend Program Terms & Conditions

As a Refer-a-Friend member (an “Advocate” or “Friend”), you are subject to Four Sigmatic’s Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, as well as the following Terms & Conditions for Four Sigmatic’s Refer-a-Friend Program (“The Program”):

• Referrer (“Advocate”). Advocate will be required to provide a valid email address before being able to use the Program and receive their New Customer Referral Offer (“Offer” or “Reward”). Advocates will receive an email with their Offer after the Friend referral is confirmed and verified and a Qualifying Purchase by the Friend is made.
• Referrer (“Advocate”) Reward Offer. For you to earn referral rewards as an Advocate, the Referred Customer (“Friend”) must be a Qualified Referral and make a Qualifying Purchase. Advocate offer terms: Offer valid online only at us.foursigmatic.com. Use your unique promo code at checkout. Code is single use and may only be redeemed once. Valid for $30.00 off your next Four Sigmatic purchase, excluding taxes and shipping charges. Valid on a single purchase. No adjustments to previous purchases. Cannot be divided, split, or combined with any other discount or offer. Unused credit does not carry forward for future purchases. No substitutions or rain checks. Non-negotiable. Offer is not redeemable for cash or cash equivalent. Additional terms and exclusions may apply. Four Sigmatic reserves the right to modify or terminate this offer at any time without notice.
• Qualified Referral/Purchase. A Qualified Referral is defined as a Referred Customer ("Friend") who arrives at our website by clicking the Advocate’s unique Refer-a-Friend Program link and makes a Qualifying Purchase. The Qualified Referral must be a new customer that has not previously made a purchase at us.foursigmatic.com. The Qualifying Purchase must be made by the Friend and is subject to a minimum purchase requirement of $50.00 or more excluding taxes and shipping charges. You are limited to one Qualified Referral for each Referred Customer; additional/repeat purchases made by a Referred Customer do not count as additional Qualified Referrals.
• Referred Customer (“Friend”). The referred person (the “Friend”) must be a new customer who has not previously made a purchase at us.foursigmatic.com as determined by Four Sigmatic in its sole discretion. The Referred Customer (“Friend”) and the Referrer (“Advocate”) cannot be the same person.
• Referred Customer (“Friend”) Offer. To receive a Referred Customer “Friend” Offer, an Advocate must refer you to the program by sharing their reward link with you. You must be a new customer with no prior purchases on us.foursigmatic.com to be eligible. Friend offer terms: Offer valid online only at us.foursigmatic.com. Use your unique promo code at checkout. Code is single use and may only be redeemed once. Valid for $20.00 off your first Four Sigmatic purchase of $50.00 or more. Must meet minimum purchase requirements before taxes and shipping charges. Valid on a single purchase. No adjustments to previous purchases. Cannot be divided, split, or combined with any other discount or offer. Unused credit does not carry forward for future purchases. No substitutions or rain checks. Non-negotiable. Offer is not redeemable for cash or cash equivalent. Additional terms and exclusions may apply. Four Sigmatic reserves the right to modify or terminate this offer at any time without notice..
• Eligibility & Limits. Eligibility is limited to individuals only. Four Sigmatic’s Refer-a-Friend Program cannot be used by businesses for affiliate lead generation as determined in Four Sigmatic’s sole discretion. There are limits in place on how many and how frequently referrals can be made by any single Advocate. Rewards may not be given if those limits are exceeded.
• No Spam. You must comply with all up-to-date “SPAM” laws. Any distribution of your referral link that could constitute unsolicited commercial email or "spam" under any applicable law or regulation is expressly prohibited and will be grounds for immediate termination of your account and exclusion from Four Sigmatic’s Refer-a-Friend program.
• Participation. By participating in the Program, Advocates and Friends agree to use the Program in the manner specified in, and are bound by these Terms and Conditions. You may terminate this Agreement if you do not wish to be bound by any such amendments, but by continuing to use our website or the Program you will be deemed to have accepted the new terms.
• Right to Close Accounts. Four Sigmatic reserves the right to close the account(s) of any Referrer and/or Referred Customer and to request proper payment if the Referrer and/or Referred Customer attempts to use the Four Sigmatic Refer-a-Friend program in a questionable manner or breaches any of these Terms & Conditions or is in violation of any law, statute or governmental regulation.

Four Sigmatic reserves the right to modify or amend these Terms & Conditions or cancel the Refer-a-Friend Program at any time in its sole discretion. Any unclaimed referral rewards will be forfeited at that time.
