How do I cancel my subscription?Updated 7 months ago

We hate to see you go as we'd hate for you to lose access to your member benefits like 20% off recurring orders, free gifts and early access to new product launches! 💔 

As a reminder, you can pause, skip or delay at any time as well as change the frequency! 

• Log in here.
• Navigate to 'Account Details'
• Click on the button 'My Subscriptions'.
• Find your subscription and click 'View Details'.
• To ship sooner, reschedule within a 60 day window, or delay your shipment 
• Scroll down, and select from "Ship Now", "Reschedule" or "Delay" 
• `Ship Now` to ship the subscribed products before the expected date
• `Re-schedule` to select a new date for your next shipment
• `Delay` to pause the subscription for a specific amount of time
• To change your subscription frequency ongoing
• Scroll down until you see "Subscription Plan" 
• Click "Edit"
• Select from "30" or "60" days
