If you are unsatisfied with your purchase from foursigmatic.com or one of our authorized sellers in the United States for any reason, please contact us at [email protected]. We have a money-back guarantee, and we are happy to issue a product refund if you are not satisfied with your purchase.
When you contact us, please have information available regarding where and when you purchased your product and the reason for your dissatisfaction. You may also be asked to provide proof of purchase, submit photos of your product or its packaging, mail the unused portion of your product to us, or provide other information such as communications with an authorized reseller to support us in processing your request.
Please note that because we are unable to control the quality of products sold by unauthorized sellers, unless otherwise prohibited by law, our money-back guarantee is not available for products purchased from unauthorized sellers, including unauthorized internet sites and online marketplace storefronts. The money-back guarantee is limited to original, end-user purchasers in the United States. You must submit your money-back guarantee request within 60 days of the date of original purchase. The money-back guarantee excludes a refund for shipping costs.
We reserve the right to verify information, require valid proof of purchase, and to deny money-back guarantee requests in our discretion in cases of suspected fraud or where we conclude the purchaser has abused the money-back guarantee. We may amend or terminate the money-back guarantee at any time without notice.
Price-Adjustments for Sales If Four Sigmatic changes the price of any items due to a sale or promotion within 5 calendar days from the date you placed your order, please feel free to reach out to us to request a refund or credit of the difference between the price you were charged and the current selling price.
